1. This promotion is available to individuals aged 18 years and over who have registered an account with Sky Betting & Gaming (any account with Sky Vegas, Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Bingo or Sky Casino), subject to these terms and conditions.
2. To claim this offer, customers must: (1) opt in to the promotion ; (2) apply the Money Back Token to a selection on the 13:55 at Newbury on 15/08/2026 (as defined in term 3); (3) place a cash bet on that selection.
3. The Qualifying Race is the 13:55 at Newbury (the “Qualifying Race”).
4. Bets placed before opting-in will not count for the purposes of this promotion.
5. Bets must be placed on a selection from a qualifying race between 17:00 on 14/08/2026 and 13:55 on 15/08/2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
6. If less than 5 runners come under starters orders after you have applied your token, we will pay money back as cash up to £5 if your horse finishes 2nd, 3rd or 4th.
7. If fewer than 5 runners come under starters orders before the token has been applied to a selection in the qualifying race, the token will no longer be eligible to use on that race.
8. Subsequent bets will not receive a cash refund and will be settled under the normal Sky Bet terms and conditions.
9. Only single bets on the Win or Each Way market can qualify as Qualifying Bets for this promotion.
10. In the event that your first Qualifying Bet is a Non-Runner, the token will be returned to your account once the selection has been voided.
11. Refunds will be credited in equal amount to the value of the customer's stakes on qualifying (1) losing singles; or (2) the win part of each way bets, up to a maximum of £10.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If a customer has opted in to multiple promotions, the first bet will count towards the first promotion in the opt in order.
13. Bets placed with Money Back as Cash Tokens will not qualify for Best Odds Guaranteed.
14. Bets placed with Money Back as Cash Tokens will not count towards qualification for Sky Bet Club.

Bets placed on additional markets such as Price Boosts, Tote bets, Pari-Mutuels, Forecasts, Tricasts, Distance Bets or Derived Markets (e.g. Place Only Betting, Faller Insurance and Match Bets) will not qualify.

21. In the event of a dead heat the return is calculated by the eligible qualifying stake on a selection been divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat.

23. Sky Bet reserve the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse and internal trading risk policies at its reasonable discretion.
24. Sky Betting and Gaming reserves the right, acting reasonably to change, withdraw or increase the availability of and/or value of prizes throughout the Promotion Period at any time. Any such change will not adversely impact players who have already started wagering under a promotion.
