1. This promotion is available to individuals aged 18 years and over who have registered an account with Sky Betting & Gaming (any account with Sky Vegas, Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Bingo or Sky Casino), subject to these terms and conditions.
2. To claim this offer, customers must opt in and then place a cash bet on a horse that runs in the 14:30 race at Chesham Stakes on 18/06/2026 (the “Qualifying Race”).
3. Bets placed before opting-in will not count for the purposes of this promotion.
4. Bets must be placed between 17:00 on 17/06/2026 and the start of the Qualifying Race (the “Promotion Period”).
5. This offer only applies to your FIRST CASH BET after opting in (the “Qualifying Bet”). Subsequent bets will not receive a cash refund and will be settled under the normal Sky Bet terms and conditions.
6. Only single bets on the Win or Each Way market can qualify as Qualifying Bets for this promotion.
7. In the event that your first Qualifying Bet is a Non-Runner, this offer will apply to your next bet on the 14:30 at Chesham Stakes on 18/06/2026.
8. If more than one Qualifying Bet is placed at the same time in one betslip, the offer applies to the bet with the lowest bet receipt number. This can be found in the My Bets section.
9. Refunds will be credited in equal amount to the value of the customer's stakes on qualifying (1) losing singles; or (2) the losing part of each way bets, up to a maximum of £5.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If a customer has opted in to multiple promotions, the first bet will count towards the first promotion in the opt in order.
11. Bets placed with free bet stakes do not count towards this offer.
12. Multiple bets do not count towards this offer.
13. Only bets placed on the main race market will count as a Qualifying Bet (excluding Unnamed Favourite, Unnamed Second Favourite, which do not qualify for the purposes of this promotion). Bets placed on additional markets such as Price Boosts, Tote bets, Pari-Mutuels, Forecasts, Tricasts, Distance Bets or Derived Markets (e.g. Place Only Betting, Faller Insurance and Match Bets) will not qualify.

17. If fewer than 8 runners come under starters orders, we will:

1. Pay Money Back as Cash to 3rd place, if 7 or more run.
2. Pay Money Back as Cash to 2nd place, if fewer than 6 run.

18. If fewer than 5 runners come under starters orders, Sky Bet reserves the right to withdraw this offer without prior notice. Though where reasonably possible and where time permits prior to the race start we will attempt to provide prior notice.
19. In the event of a dead heat the return is calculated by the eligible qualifying stake on a selection been divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat.
20. Refunds will be credited within 72 hours of the completion of the race.
21. Sky Bet reserve the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse and internal trading risk policies at its reasonable discretion.
22. Sky Betting and Gaming reserves the right, acting reasonably to change, withdraw or increase the availability of and/or value of prizes throughout the Promotion Period at any time. Any such change will not adversely impact players who have already started wagering under a promotion.
